Your order will be sent either on the same day you made the purchase or, in case the order was placed later/PM in the day, we’ll ship on the next working day.

EU DELIVERY TEMPORARILY DISCONTINUED:

Due to the internal customs procedures that affect the countries of EU at the moment, delivery to the European Union countries is temporarily discontinued. As soon as it is re-established, we will post a note here.

Due to internal regulations of specific countries, we’re not able to ship the following herbs to these countries:

  • Japan: Uva ursi, Arnica montana, Tribulus terrestris, Gentiana lutea, Inula helenium, Aesculus hippocastanum
  • Brazil: Tribulus terrestris, Olea europaea, Capsicum

We ship our orders via our Local Post service, then a registered airmail takes over, and then the Local Post of the customer’s country.

You will either get the package delivered to your door (depending on your local Post’s procedures, the postman may call you before attempting the delivery) or you will get a paper notice in your mailbox, prompting you to go to your Post to pick up your package.

Please note that picking up the package is the customer’s responsibility. If the delivery has been attempted a few times, and you were not there to pick up the package, or did not see the paper notice in time, the Post may return the package to us. In this case, BalkanHerb is not responsible for the return shipping cost.

You’ll be provided with a tracking number on demand via email so you can track your order along the way. Due to our Post’s procedures, tracking is not automatic, but we’re working on introducing the automatic tracking number that will be updated in your order within your profile here on our website.

Europe: 5-7 working days

The rest of the World: ± 14 working days

Delivery Address, VAT & Customs Charges

  • Please check with your local customs department as additional charges may apply in case of bigger orders. The customer is responsible for paying any local customs duties, taxes, and import charges for their order as these are highly dependent on the destination country.
  • For the UK customers, there won’t be any additional VAT charges, but any potential customs charges are the customer’s responsibility, as noted above.
  • Your order will be dispatched to the address you provide us when placing it. If you've purchased via PayPal, our system automatically pulls the shipping address noted in your PayPal account. Please make sure it is correct or send us an email immediately after completing a purchase if you want us to send your order to a different address.
  • BalkanHerb will not be responsible for delivery failures in case an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of placing an order or such address is a public place, like workplace or university. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, up to date, and complete when making a purchase, especially in case of condo address numbers.
  • Picking up the parcel is the customer's responsibility. BalkanHerb will not be responsible if delivery has been attempted many times, the parcel not collected and then returned to us. In this case, the customer is responsible for any re-delivery costs and no shipping cost refund will take place.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Return Policy

If you change your mind for whatever reason after your order has reached you, you can return your product within 60 days from the purchase date. Your payment for the products' value will be fully refunded. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us and send us a photo of the product(s) along with your receipt and we’ll take it from there to resolve this situation as soon as we can.
